The Weaver Commercial Team
Frank Weaver, Broker
Frank has been a Commercial Broker since 1983. He grew up on a
farm and, as a child, had a keen instinct for building and
growing things and trying to sell them. That desire has not faded, and
that entrepreneurial spirit has continued to grow as he developed
Weaver Commercial Properties and other business interests. Frank "claims" to
have very little free-time, but he also "claims" that he enjoys golf,
sport fishing and bird hunting. For sure, two things
for which all who know him can attest, he absolutely enjoys his work
and bleeds Carolina blue
[UNC of course].
Fayetteville Office
Deno Hondros, Broker
Deno was born in Fayetteville and has lived here his entire life. As a child he worked with family in the food service industry, where he learned the value of a dollar, and developed his strong work ethic. Both parents having immigrated to our great country, Deno and his sisters are the first generation of their family to be born in the states. An entrepreneur by nature, Deno opened his first business with the help of his family right after graduating high school. After four years of building the business he sold it to pursue other ventures.
Always intrigued by commercial real estate and development, Deno often wondered what factors and criteria would make a certain location ideal for a specific business. This led him to pursue his career in commercial real estate with Weaver Commercial Properties where he has been serving our clients since January 4th, 1999. This local knowledge, hard work and dedication coupled with his honesty, integrity and easy going personality have paved the way for his success.
When Deno is not assisting his clients in finding a location to build or grow their business, managing their real estate portfolios, or dispositioning their assets, he enjoys experiencing various sporting events. "Go Panthers & GO 'HEELS!"!!!

Smithfield Office
Teresa Daughtry, Broker
Teresa grew up in Johnston County and has lived in Smithfield for
twenty-four years. Beginning at a young age she worked in her parents’
various businesses and learned the importance of a strong work ethic to
achieving success. Always ambitious, her early exposure to an
entrepreneurial life led her down the road of self employment and
business ownership. Eventually she saw real estate as the path she
wanted to follow and obtained her license. After a number of years of
success on the residential side of the business, she decided she wanted
to challenge herself further and transition into the commercial arena.
She began by getting an educational foundation in commercial real
estate. Coupling this with her outgoing personality, drive and “local
girl” knowledge of the region and its “players” has made for a
successful transition. When she is not after the next listing, lease or
sale, she hangs out the “gone fishin” sign and she and her husband head
down to the beach house where four generations often gather for fun.
Jim Perricone, Broker
Jim is a transplanted “Yankee” having grown up on Long Island, NY. He graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts degree and followed it with a Masters Degree in Health Care Administration from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. After graduating Xavier he spent over twenty years in senior level administrative positions, including CEO, in hospitals from Massachusetts to Michigan. During that time he led the development of a replacement hospital from conception to opening and the creation of a thirty-five acre health park. After deciding to leave hospital administration, he pursued consulting for non-profit organizations and developed a marketing business on the emerging Internet. Ultimately he decided that real estate is where his true passion lay and obtained his license. He has pursued the commercial side of the business from the beginning. Jim and his wife reside in Clayton, and when he isn’t chasing real estate deals, he’s chasing either his grandchildren or golf balls.
